Dr.
Deiboldt chose a career in podiatry after having rearfoot
surgery that allowed him to remain competitive in ice hockey.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Oswego State University
in upstate New York, where he received his Bachelor of Arts
degree in Biology.
Dr. Deiboldt earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree
at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, where he graduated
in the top 5% of his class. He went on to complete a Primary
Podiatric Medicine Residency at St. Michael's Hospital in
Cleveland. That completed, he pursued a Podiatric Surgical
Residency at Premier Surgery Center of D.C. in affiliation
with Holy Cross Hospital.
Dr. Deiboldt holds the following distinctions:
- Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery
- Board Certified in Foot Surgery
- Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons
- Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association
- Member of the American Podiatric Medical Association
- Member of the Maryland Podiatric Medical Association
Dr. Deiboldt, an avid and competitive athlete in such sports
as ice hockey, tennis, golf, and running. He has a special interest
in sports medicine and the treatment of sports related injuries. |

Dr.
Beck decided to follow in her late fathers' foot steps and
become a Podiatric Physician. She earned her Bachelor of Science
degree in Zoology at the University of Georgia before attending
her fathers' alma mater, the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine,
where she graduated in the top 10% of her class.
Dr. Beck then completed a Primary Podiatric Medicine Residency
at Mount Sinai Medical Center, East in Richmond Heights, Ohio.
She then moved to the Washington, D.C. area where she completed
a one year fellowship in podiatric surgery before completing
a Podiatric Surgery Residency at Premier Surgery Center of
D.C. in affiliation with Holy Cross Hospital. |

Both
doctors have extensive training in palliative foot care, diabetic
foot care, sports medicine, elective forefoot surgery such
as bunionectomy and hammertoe correction, reconstructive rearfoot
surgery, and diabetic salvage surgery. The treatment of most
foot and ankle disorders can be tailored specifically to your
patient's needs regardless of age or level of activity. Dr.
Deiboldt and Dr. Beck are on staff at Holy Cross Hospital
and Laurel Regional Hospital.
Dr. Holly M. Beck and Dr. David M. Deiboldt became partners
in more than podiatric medicine; they married three months
before graduation from podiatry school. They fell in love
with the area and community and decided to make their home
in surburban Maryland, where they live happily with their children Riley and Ethan, and their two Labrador retrievers, "Oscar"
and "Meadow".
